Jessica Cunningham, AS, the Executive Assistant for Incident Management Solutions has an extensive background in healthcare administration and Emergency Management.  During the course of her 11-year career, Ms. Cunningham provided administrative services in a variety of hospital departments including but not limited to Clinical Units, Support Services, Quality Management and Emergency Management at a Level II Trauma Center, affiliated with a major healthcare system.  Though her career began in quality, having contributed toward various successful surveys, such as Joint Commission, ACS Trauma and CMS, Jessica's passion is Emergency Management and community preparedness.

A Microsoft Office Specialist (certification pending) Ms. Cunningham has extraordinary and unique skill set, and manages IMS' administrative and staffing functions.  As our logistics section chief, she ensures that all of our client support needs are met effectively, efficiency and on schedule. Jessica's innovative programmatic changes within the company significantly increase productivity.  A skilled researcher, Jessica contributes to our strategic, operational, and logistical planning throughout project management.  Jessica can communicate in multiple languages including Spanish and American Sign Language.
